Spectrum Business needed a reboot. Low brand awareness, negative perceptions, and a lack of differentiation in the category left the network provider drowning in a sea of sameness.
To help break the mold, I came up with and sold through a refreshed brand platform rooted in the idea that small business owners just want their phones and internet to work, so they can too.
Delivering an all-new look, feel, tone, and tagline, I helped relaunch the Spectrum Business brand with a 360-degree, multinational campaign that proves Spectrum Business is made to work, just like small business owners.
